"Excellent and speedy action"

Having found an unknown growth I was given blood tests, an ultra sound, ct and mri scans. These were quickly followed up with a visit to an orthopaedic consultant in the Trauma clinic.. I was consequently referred to Leicester Royal, this being the best action for my problem.

I can't praise enough everyone I came into contact with at Kettering General from receptionists to the consultant, everyone treated me with care, dignity and respect. In these times when hospitals are so criticised I felt that praise should be given where it is deserved. When a real problem arises the NHS comes into its own.
