"Good Review"

We arrived at 7am and met by a porter who took me to my room. We were met soon by a nurse who explained was happening rest of that day.

The surgeon and anaesthetist soon arrived and explained what was happening that day and carried out final checks and that I was ready for the operation.

I was well treated by all the staff.

I'd like to thank the catering staff for keeping me fed and watered during my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The night nurse team was excellent and very attentive.

The theatre team explained exactly what was happening and when it was going to happening.

We were treated very well by everybody.

The hospital was very clean and tidy.

The pharmacy delivered my outpatients medicines to me and explained exactly how to take the medicines.

We were discharged with dignity and with respect.

The porters carried my bags to the car.
