"Patient Experience are the British Telecom of St Andrew's"

Did you get my feedback? I wanted one of the staff to tell you that I had the forms from Patient Opinion pushed under my bedroom door and that I wanted to fill it in to give the feedback, but I find the form confusing and didn't like some of the boxes and didn't understand it.

I wanted to tell you that it is better for me to talk to patient experience. They are the British Telecom of St Andrew's - you know - It's good to talk - I would rather you talk to me than to use leaflets. I hope my feedback helps.

Thank you for your feedback about the Patient Opinion forms, I have also had some similar feedback today about the forms so will re-design them so they work for patients at St Andrew's. I like your point about it being good to talk. The patient experience team are out and about in services talking to patients, if you would like a specific visit and conversation with us at anytime, please ask the staff on the ward or one of the advocates to contact us and we will visit you. Hopefully we will see you soon.
