At St Thomas' Hospital I went to the Gastroenterology Clinic. I had been having stomach pain. I was treated with respect and given an explanation.
What could have been better was the amount of time that I had to wait. I did have to wait for an hour, although I did have an appointment time. I would like to thank the administrator and SpR (Senior Registrar) who saw me.
"Waiting time is unacceptable"
