"This lady is certainly an asset to your service."

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

I had recent visit to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Once again I was unable to find my OPD clinic so I asked the very helpful lady at reception. She provided me with a map, she was very polity and informative and was able to help with my directions.

Can you please pass on my regards. This lady is certainly an asset to your service. Polite, friendly, informative and a general please to talk to.

Dear Chrgy6,

Thank you for taking the time the post on Patient Opinion.

I'm sorry that you were unable to find your outpatient department, but delighted that you found the reception staff very helpful - I will ensure that your regards and very kind comments are passed on. To make sure that your comments reach the correct member of staff would you be happy to contact me with some more information? If you have suggestions for making it easier for patients to find their way to the out patient department mentioned I would be happy to listen and pass these on too.

You can contact me by email: kirsten.dickson@nhs.net or by telephone: 01224 558404.

Best wishes,

Kirsten
