"overall care & treatment"

i have not been a patient in medway recently but my mother has ,she was well looked after & they treated her with respect & care & gave her the treatment she needed, i am sick & tired of people putting medway down, doctors, nurses & all the staff do the very best they can, its not their fault if they are over worked, under staffed & do not have all the beds they need & more people are going there for treatment. in my opinion far too many people go to hospital with things that can be treated at home, i have been very ill since september with aneamia, pneumonia & other problems & 5 courses of antibiotics where i thought i was going to die, but i would not go to hospital i would rather be at home, with my immune system so low & people in hospital with so many other things that i may have caught i thought i was best of recovering at home. i really should have gone in hospital & would have recovered quicker but that was my choice, i do not think people should go to hospital with flu & spread it around further, there are many things you can treat yourself with or your gp can prescribe for you
