I recently attended The Radiology Department as an outpatient for a scan of my kidneys using an injection of dye into a vein (Intravenous Urogram). I was not looking forward to it, however you made the whole experience so enjoyable I was on a "high" for the rest of the day. Thank you for your warmth and friendliness. You turned an ordeal into a pleasant experience.
