What I liked
Lovely staff who made me feel welcome yet with dignity and professionalism. All the staff came to talk to me and explain what would happen next during my procedure and was always on hand to give reassurance and to check I was ok. I couldn't have asked for bunch of people looking after me in Day Surgery Unit.
What could be improved
Newspaper shop opening slightly earlier.
