"Cresta clinic Newcastle"

I took my severely disabled son for an appointment at the Cresta clinic.. I have to say the whole experience was outstanding, from the cleaning staff to the reception staff, to the nurses, and the consultant. They all had a kind word for Daniel on arrival.

Due my son having severe Autism he finds hospital appointments difficult. The atmosphere was lovely and calm, staff so friendly. Refreshments were available. Daniel was very calm throughout our visit and appeared very happy to be there. Thank you to all the staff at the Cresta clinic for making what would normally be a difficult experience for my son a very pleasant one.
