From the care shown to myself when I was first diagnosed with a cancer, to the prompt response when I suffered a heart attack, and subsequent aftercare, to the professional help given to my wife when she suffered a serious fall last year, I have nothing but praise for all the people involved.

This applies to all employees, no matter in what capacity. You do a great job, under which, at times, must be very difficult circumstances.

Many thanks to both Andrea and Margaret. My wife suffered a severe face injury due to a fall, tripping on an loose flagstone outside ourhouse. The paramedics treated her and the decided she needed to be taken to Monklands Hospital, A&E. This happened at the end of July, 2016, and the treatment, and attention she received was first-class. I'm glad to say she made a full recovery.

In my case, I was diagnosed with C.L.L, (Cronic Lymphocetic Leukemina), in 2007, but the good news is that so far I haven't required any treatment. Although I have a dedicated nurse, Claire, who keeps an eye on me.

So once again, many thanks for your kind words, and keep up the good work. You are invaluable.
