My stroke survivor husband was going for check up after receiving a new defibrillator. Freeman Hospital Newcastle upon Tyne.. ERS booking easy now.
Sunderland Crew prompt and pleasant. Cardiac Rhthm Management great as usual. Then at end of check -up, my husband passed out!
Staff and Consultant swung into action. Result of action, change of medication and an easy trip home with a Gateshead crew. I talked with our surgery, Fell Cottage, and the Well+ Pharmacy got back to Cardiac Rhythm clinic.
Result is a new prescription for my husband to be collected. Thanks to everyone of you, NHS personnel at their best. You are the NHS.
