"She is such an inspiration to your hospital"

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

after a long and unbelievable hetic wait in the corridor in A & E we were taken to the only available space which was in the plaster room which we were happy with as we had waited so long. A lovely nurse named Sharon came and introduced her self to us I asked if she could help my mum as she needed the toilet nothing was too much trouble for her she was so kind and caring towards my mum. she asked her if she wanted a drink and something to eat which within minutes she arrived with. we overheard her another nurse ask her what time she was due to finish she was actually 30 minutes over that time I said to her you go il get another nurse to come to my mum she said no its ok im here now I was over whelmed by her thoughtfulness & kindness she showed towards us. I would like her to have some sort of recognition for her actions toward us. she is such an inspiration to your hospital.
