Even I thanks a million times to Ipswich Maternity staff that is also very less.Every staff member is so loving compassionate and supportive that makes you forget half of your worry and pain.I spend two nights alone in the brook ward with my newborn ,the staff was keeping a regular check on me and my baby throughout the night and day,Guiding and checking on the regular feed, diaper change and sleep for the baby. The doctors are very compassionate and really understanding. On one occasion during pregnancy I felt babymovemwnts has been slowed down, the maternity department took me in immediately, performed all the checks and the midwife said to me "in case any concern or doubt dont wait just come here.dont ever think that we are too busy or youbwill disturb us.its our job and we are here to care for you".These words really touched my heart.Another occasion I made a huge fuss during the labour pain and without midvies support it wasnt possible at all to deliver the baby without c-section.My entire family was there with me during labour but it was the midwives whose support and love kept me going. Its amazed to see how each member if maternity including the maternity physio are always calm and composed and the warmth and love they provide in care,I can say this is the best of care that a pregnant woman, new mum and baby can ever have.Wven after coming home the midwives are still coming to our house for regular check on me and my baby health. We have called them often for feeding related issues and within couple of hours one of the midwife was at my home and helping me with the baby feed.We even called to the Brook ward in middle of night for baby hiccuping and they explained us very well that how and qhy its okay for newborn to hiccup. And infact said if you have any concern call us again.Any slight and silly concern and they never hush you away, rather explain it you very calmly that how and why this has happened and there is no need to worry
"Loving, caring and supportive staff, best of care"
