We would like to thank the staff on Lancaster ward for their care and support they showed my father.
The ladies who helped and comforted my father through his last hours with their care and attention was second to none and will be remembered forever.

Firstly I would like to say that I'm so sorry for not responding to you much sooner.
I was sorry to hear of the loss of your father and would like to thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. It is really heartening to hear that the staff on Lancaster Ward were able to provide such excellent and compassionate care in your father’s last few days of life.
