About: East Surrey Hospital / Out of hours service

(as the patient),

Great service from start to finish. Through to triage within 10-15 minutes and very soon onwards to initial tests/bloods/etc and very quickly saw a Dr.

Reception area was rather open and the next person in line was just a foot or so away from me and would have heard everything I said, including phone numbers/address etc. I felt that my tax £ was well spent.

Good job I was not kept in, otherwise I would need a second mortgage to pay for the car park!
