"outstanding care and best possible outcome"

My husband booked me an appointment for a consultation. I had no idea this hospital existed and was nervous that I hadn't had time to research it, but I was very aware my symptoms were worsening, I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did. The staff were so professional and caring. My operation was performed in less than a week from the consultation. When I went for the pre op I was feeling dreadful and the staff did all the tests on the ground floor because I couldn't make it to the second floor. I felt too ill to open my eyes but there was the most caring staff with me and they made me feel at ease. When I was admitted I was in the operating theatre within 2 hours of arrival and again the staff were marvellous.

From start to finish I cannot fault my stay and I would have given a 6 star rating if it had been available. I have already recommended the hospital to others and I am more than happy for my husband to have an operation there in 2017.
