I am following on from a post I made 3 months ago - call me stupid but I actually thought things might get better!
Today puts the absolute tin lid on things - My husband struggled up to his 14. 00 hrs appointment with Gastroenterology at Hairmyres, presented at the reception in plenty of time gave his name and was advised there was no appointment for him apparently it would appear because a Dr has left his appointment had been cancelled!Would it not be an idea to notify the patients!?
