"Thank you so much!"

My dad was admitted via A&E, he received excellent care in Majors and Resus before being transferred to Critical Care.

The care he's received has been exemplary, compassionate, appropriate, timely, professional and understanding.

I'm sure we will be writing individual thank you letters to each department but I know (hope) you will all be notified via your management that I've written an opinion on Patient Opinions so thank you to the staff in A&E, all of you, not just the clinical staff but the very kind people who brought us drinks, and the porters.

Thank you to all on ITU, nursing staff, including students, medical staff, cleaners (I know you don't get thanked nearly enough), the radiology reg who came up to do my dad's renal ultrasound and the lovely radiographer on last night who did his mobile chest - you are all amazing and your kindness has been so hugely touching and appreciated.
