"Her professionalism and just the most caring way"

We had a visit from the nurse Pamela who visits at home. My dad was very poorly, Pamela immediately put us at ease, her lovely way with my dad and us was very reassuring, she explained everything about my dad, and the plan she was putting in place for him to be looked after with the community care nurses.

Pamela left us feeling less frightened and secure of everyone who would be there to help us.

My family would like to thank her for her professionalism and just the most caring way she dealt with my dad, it is so much appreciated. And has continued to be in touch.

All the nurses who have called in to see my dad have been wonderful. A very big thanks.
