(as the patient),

I have had to be on the ward many times due to kidney failure and after a very stressful time last year was left with post traumatic stress disorder and a great fear of hospitals.

I would like to give a big shout out to the hostess Ana Maria, who really has made a difference to my stay this time. All the patients are waiting for her to make the rounds, she works fast and efficiently, whilst still taking time for the patients and makes us all laugh. I wish I could bottle Ana and she should be on prescription.

Please do not undervalue her, she is an absolute treasure for the hospital. I would be very grateful if you could pass on my sincere gratitude to her for always going above and beyond and I also would like her line managers to know this.
