"Outpatients UIU Scoping unit at PGI."

I have just completed a year of monthly bladder installations with the addition of regular Flexible Cystoscopies at the outpatients UIU Scoping Clinic. From my very first visit the Sr. nurse put me fully at ease and therefore dispelled any embarrassment I had over the coming procedures. Over the following monthly visits the nurse was always very pleasant and very efficient at their job answering where possible my questions which I had on nearly every visit. I can only say a very big thank you to the Sr nurse and their assistant for their pleasantness and efficiency in carrying out my treatment and respecting my dignity throughout. I realise that I am not allowed to state names but hope both A & A are praised for their professionalism.
