I went there because I was advised by 111 to go there asap. Once I was seen by a clinician (2 1/2 hours later) they said that I had been wrongly advised but that they would still look at what problems I had. I thought this was very nice of them but it wasn't really my fault. They looked at it quickly and said I was fine. After I came home I was worse ( swollen ears and rash) and i Myself understood I had had an allergic reaction. Bought antihistamine tablets which did not work. Next morning I went to my GP and they were shocked when they saw my red and swollen ears with the rash. They said that the urgent care centre shouldn't have treated me the way they did. I suffered so much with my allergy and will never forget those day in my whole life. It turned out I needed antibiotics and stronger allergy tablets which I got from my GP. Very disaapointed. I also didint have anyone to take care of my daughter so she was with me all time , otherwise I would have gone same day to north middlesex hospital a& e. Rather wait 4 hours and be treated than nothing !!
