(as the patient),

I had to attend the heart failure clinic today with some trepidation and slightly scared as they wanted to see me before Xmas I saw Mark the cardio nurse -: ) what a fantastic guy! He put my fears to the back of my mind and I left the clinic a very happy man. So thank you Mark for making an old man feel young again out are an asset to the trust.
