I attended the Urgent Care unit with a possible fracture. The hospital was clean and tidy. The Reception staff were friendly. After a short wait, I was seen by a Doctor who was very kind, understanding and informed. I had another short wait for an X-Ray. The X-Ray staff were helpful and friendly. I was then very quickly seen by the same Doctor as earlier, who gave me clear information and advice relating to my diagnosis. I was very confident and satisfied with the outcome of my experience. The care I received was very efficient; I was in and out of the hospital within 1 hour and 10 minutes. Overall it was a very positive experience! I would like to thank the staff for their politeness, professionalism and kindness.
