My wife had her 20 weeks scan at Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot. Our appointment was facilitated by Katie and Anna. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Both my wife and I concur that this is the best health related appointment either of us have ever had.

Both Katie and Anna took time to read my wife's notes before hand and when they started the procedure, they knew everything about my wife's history. We were both treated with respect, dignity and both Katie and Anna were very patient and did not rush the procedure. They showed a lot of empathy and really made our happy experience even more wonderful. We have had rather disappointing experiences during the course of this pregnancy at another local hospital. But our appointment at Heatherwood Hospital with Katie and Anna was such a positive experience, we felt we needed to share this.
