About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Medical/Gastroenterology (Ward 11)

(as the patient),

While attending a Gastroenterology Out Patient appointment I noticed at the top of the Notice Board in the waiting area a poster for the National Association of Colitis and Crohn's UK which included a website address. This organisation was completely rebranded over 18 months ago and is now called Crohn's and Colitis UK. The poster requires to be removed and more up to date information displayed.

Dear MoDubh,

I'm actually at Hairmyres Hospital today so I'll share your feedback with the Gastroenterolgy Department and ask them to review all of the information they have on display to ensure it is current. We'll remove the poster you identified and contact Crohn's and Colitis UK for the latest versions.

I'll also arrange for all of the other notice boards to be reviewed throughout the Outpatient Department.
