About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

(as the patient),

Went to Royal Surrey Endoscopy unit for a routine bowel screening sigmoidoscopy. Arrived at 2: 55 for a 3pm appointment and was out of the department by 3: 50. My consultant was Ms Scala who could not have been more friendly, welcoming and informative. All staff introduced themselves and particular mention to Rachel and Felicity (hope I've remembered correctly) who oversaw the whole process. also impressed by the layout of the unit - very bright and spacious.
