This afternoon I attended my appointment at 11 Kendrick Road to see a Urologist. I was met with confusion from the receptionist until I presented my appointment letter. It would seem that my appointment had been booked at this location incorrectly and there was no appointment. This is yet another failure of the Trust to do anything right. On the 31st of October I was forgotten about in A&E having waited for four hours in extreme pain and disorientation before being admitted. The Junior Doctor apologised I had been forgotten about due to 'Political reasons' whatever that means? I recently had an appointment with a doctor but they were not a Urologist, which I presumed the appointment today was for. It has now been 38 days or so and I have still not seen a Urologist which I also did not see during the short time I was admitted for despite asking several times. I will ask my GP to make a new referral to the North Hampshire Hospital as I am deeply unsatisfied about the level of care I have so far received for a condition which is on-going, potentially life changing and currently, insufficiently diagnosed as certain investigatory tests and examinations have not taken place.
