"Fantactic service at Blackburn leg assessment clinic"

I was treated for the last 3 years with a back problem by my G.P, however i could only manage to walk approximately 50yrds. My friend is a district nurse and told me to go to one of the leg assessment clinics that has been set up in Blackburn.

When I went to the clinic a nurse specialist called Debbie saw me with the nurses and asked me some questions about my walking, they did some blood pressure tests on my legs. Debbie told me I had a blockage in my legs and arranged for me to have a scan and see a surgeon at the Blackburn hospital 3 days later.

Within 2 weeks I was seen my legs were assessed and operated on, what a fantastic service! if this is the future of the health service i am more than happy with the service I received it was excellent
