After unfortunately having to attend the early pregnancy unit and receiving heartbreaking news. The whole team in the Epads unit are very respectful, kind and caring at a time when you need it the most. Thank you to everyone we are lucky to have the NHS.

I am so very sorry to hear of your heart-breaking news and really appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback at such a difficult time.

I am pleased to hear that the staff within our EPADS unit at York Hospital were respectful, kind and caring and that they were able to support you when you needed it the most.
