What I liked

I attended Ultrasound Dept in X-ray for routine prostate biopsy. Naturally was a little nervous, but was immediately put at ease by both nurses and doctor. I was given all info needed, and during the procedure, which was far less traumatic than I feared, with only some minor discomfort and very little pain, every consideration was shown for my well-being. I cannot speak too highly of the way I was looked after, so thankyou to all concerned for your professionalism and care. Cannot be faulted. Keep up the good work!

What could be improved

Nothing except maybe tea at 1.45 for a cardboard cup! Not a problem if profits help the hospital though.
