"Fantastic care in A & E and MAU"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

My elderly father received 5 star care & treatment from nurses, doctors and all staff in A&E & AMU.

Dr Perrin, was particularly kind and had very good diagnostic and medical skills which my father really valued. Staff Nurse Jade was also incredibly kind & caring.

Also, a very big thank you to the nurses in Ressus, who handled a tricky family situation professionally with care.

Thank you so much for your kind comments regarding your father's patient experience in Accident and Emergency (A&E), as well as Acute Medical Unit (AMU).

It is lovely to read that your father received great treatment and care from all of the staff, in particular Dr Perrin, and Staff Nurse Jade. I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to the Clinical Lead Consultants for A&E, and AMU as well as the Matrons who will be thrilled to read your comments and highlight them to all of their respective teams. Feedback such as yours is very important both to our staff and the Trust and gives the hard working staff a great boost!
