What I liked
Free car parking is a bonus, as well as a calm atmosphere within the hospital.
What could be improved
On this occassion my appointment was delayed by 75 minutes - although I was never informed of the reason why the clinic was delayed. I did ask both the reception staff and a nurse for information, but was told that the delay was inevitable.
Anything else?
My actual face to face appointment lasted no more than 5 minutes, and I felt that the information offered could have been sent out via post, therefore saving me from having to take time out of my already busy schedule.
