I attended an appointment with the Respiratory Nurse at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. This was a follow up appointment after a stay in hospital. I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment purely by accident. I was called in to my appointment 5 mins later which was great.
As well as the catch up on how I was feeling I had a number of concerns/questions I wished to go over during the appointment and these were fully discussed and a plan of action was agreed. Further tests were arranged and undertaken at the same appointment which was great.
The respiratory nurse was brilliant, friendly open and was happy to listen. Good experience all round. Thank you
