"Friendly and professional staff for day surgery ward/unit"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted last Friday for a day procedure. Unfortunately this ended up being an overnight stay but from start to finish all staff, nurses, auxiliary's and domestics were friendly, professional and patient.

I'm not a great patient and everyone I met was extremely kind. I have nothing but praise for everyone there.
