my grandfather went to stay in the royal lancaster infirmary on ward 1 last year. i found the service absolutely terrible. it was terrifying for me and my family to be dealt with the way we were.
now most of the nurses on the mens ward worked really hard in making the situation less distressful but there was one nurse in particular who didn't seem to have a clue what on earth she was supposed to be doing.
we couldn't believe our eyes with what was happening... it looked as though, she wasn't wearing any underwear. And she was being so loud and annoying. i really thought what a joke! anyway: i found out she was an auxiliary nurse.
