After attending for a number of years for hypertension at St Marks hospital was transferred to Prince Charles Windsor eye clinic from then on things went wrong, I was told I needed a cataract surgery and was booked in September 2013 for op but 3 days before I developed an infected wisdom tooth and had to cancel was told to contact for new appointment when settled down which I did but had to go through same procedure. When I got to the last consultant he said it did not want doing and I could go (not out of charm school) on the way out I went to appointments as I had not received my follow up for hypertension. They said there was a delay in sending out appointments, after a few weeks I rang and was told I was not on the system and a couple of days after that received a letter, I had been discharged.
I took the letter to my G P who said I still needed my eyes to be checked and referred me to another clinic who told me I needed the cataract removed and a few months later was sent to Stoke Manderville who then had to send me to John Radcliffe for specialist surgery as cornea in both eyes needed surgery, my op is scheduled for February 2017 as was cancelled for this month the point I'm making is that almost 4 years ago this all started and through bad diagnosis and admin I have had to suffer for this
