"Excellent hospital with excellent staff"

It is so important to us that our patients are always treated with respect and dignity, and I am so glad that this was the case for you. It’s great that you feel Alnwick Infirmary is a credit to the lovely town. I will be sure to pass on your kind review to the teams involved in your care and ensure the domestic staff get recognition for keeping the hospital so spotless.

However I am so sorry to hear you feel The Northumbria and Wansbeck General Hospitals were not up to the standards of Alnwick Infirmary. We pride ourselves on having a high standard of care throughout all of our hospitals, so it is upsetting to know that this was not your experience.
