(as the patient),

I had a short notice endoscopy today and would like to commend the staff on their excellent care and service. I was able to call to ask questions before my procedure and then received lots of information in the post with my appointment letter. The staff on the day were all so kind, compassionate and caring. From pre op through to recovery and discharge. Highly recommended service
