About: Avenue House / Recovery Team (East)

(as a carer),

The experience of engaging with this place actually did more harm than good. They are totally unreceptive to criticism. I was fortunate enough to have a consultant psychiarist neighbour who advised me about meds so that I could inform the doctor at Avenue House!

Thank you for your story. I am always keen to hear feed back from both the team members, service users and carers. I am sorry if you feel that we have been unreceptive to criticism. I would be interested to hear more as to what criticism you made which you do not feel was listened to?

I take an comments about the service and always consider whether these result in changes in service. Please let me know further details to enable me to look into this further.
