About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (County)

(as a carer),

The iris nursing team have just completed a 12 week referral for my wife who has dementia and other medical problems their help and proffesionalisham has been first class and we would like to say a big thank you to them, the only downside is that because of lack of funding they can only do 12 weeks so you fund financial managers take serious note this is a service worth expanding for help to people with serious medical problems
