"Poor communication"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital / Maternity

I was recently referred to maternity assessment unit. Since then, I have been at the unit more than a couple of times. It was painfully an awful situation. Nobody cared about my presence. Poorly communicating staffs are present at all levels. I was already with a lot of queries and concerns regarding my condition, yet, none cared to explain the protocol carried out. I felt like, I had no dignity and respect. I was treated like a guinea pig, just tests done and nobody explains the purpose or next action plan. Nobody cares to keep the patient informed and function very slowly. Kindly take these into serious concerns. We do pay taxes and owe some dignity.
