"Appointment at Womens Unit Warwick Hospital"

I turned up at the wrong hospital for a 16.10appt, I phoned where I should be, the receptionist rang the clinic however it was engaged so the receptionist 'ran' all the way there to tell them of my dilemma, they came back on the phone and said the Dr would see me if I got there by 17.00 - I did, just.

I then was seen by a Dr whose expertise and capacity to explain fully to me were equalled by their gentleness, kindness and utmost patience. And this at almost 6pm. I was truly amazed with the whole caring and concerned attitude I received at all levels. It is a wonderful boost to my confidence in such services for the future.
