My father is 89 years of age and requires visits to the Audiology Department at St Helens Hospital on an intermittent basis for his hearing aid maintenance. The service given to him by the staff in this department has been excellent over the many years he has needed treatment.
He has been shown the utmost respect, courtesy and kindness by all staff involved in his care, ranging from the administrator organising his appointment bookings to the extremely empathetic and attentive technicians.
This has helped make each visit a pleasant experience for an elderly patient and our thanks go to all concerned for their hard work and extremely high standards of care.
Well done St Helens Hospital!
