I always accompany my husband when he has appointments at hospital and we usually have a cup of tea/coffee before we leave.
Up until recently I have been able to enjoy a cup of de-caff coffee in the resaurant but on the last two occassions it has had to be a cup of hot water. Why? Because they have installed a new tea/coffee machine and are no longer able to supply de-caff. I asked on both visits for de-caff but the message does not seem to have got through to the relevant department.
This is a hospital! I drink de-caff for health reasons. Wherever I go I can get de-caff. Even Lidl and Aldi sell de-caff tea and coffee nowadays, perhaps someone could pop along and buy some.
Not good enough Shotley Bridge!
