I was a patient at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital on ward M2 and HDU for severe asthma, the staff were friendly, kind and respectful of patients needs and wishes.
I feel that the sister in charge of ward M2 was very old school and didn't get involved with the patients enough, like helping them to the toilet and answering buzzers.
I also had a neurology assessment by a doctor from Neurology and I felt he was extremely rude and spoke down to me. This upset me and made me feel uncomfortable.
I would like to thank Professor Ian Sobroe & team of M2, and all the support workers and nurses staff.
