(as the patient),

I'm a patient that was/am suffering from PTSD and crippling anxiety.

Thanks to the wonderful nurse and doctor at the Out of Hours Easterhouse Health Centre my anxieties were lowered. I can not praise the GP enough and wish to thank him for my care.

Sympathetic and understood my struggles and managed to help. I almost cried at how understanding and professional he was.  Wish him all the best. I hope this can be passed on to him
