"Trying to get through to Nephrolgy clinic held..."

Tried to call number on my appointment letter - it rings engaged first thing then just rings continuously even seconds after being engaged.

Tried different route and was given many numbers finally the above number said they were putting me through to out patients and again just rings no answer might just as well not have numbers if they are not manned.

Gave up and am calling my GP for advice even though I should be speaking to the clinic - shame you cant get through as appointments are always handled well.

Contacting them is dreadful.
