My 8 year old son suffered a traumatic injury to his leg / foot during the summer holidays. We took him straight to QMH UCC in a lot of pain and shock. Reception staff brilliant, arranged immediate triage. Nurse was great and so was paediatric doctor; gave pain relief, claimed him down, cleaned him up and arranged transport to another hospital for further tests.
