"Robotic response"

About: Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Working age mental health care (community)

(as the patient),

Woke up feeling more motivated, been living rough in Brighton. Mental health going down the pan, self harm and suicidal plans. So thought I'd help myself by phoning the 'mental health' homeless team on elm grove. Seriously wish I hadn't bothered. I was told There's no housing in Brighton, go back to your previous address!  If the person had bothered to read notes they would have found out that that was not a good idea! No empathy, just a robotic response which I interpret as 'get lost I'm a bit busy dealing with people who really need help'.

So yet another service that I can't access. I'm being serious please remove the 'mental health' part of that services title.
